I just filed a complaint with PayPal against this guy...and surprise surprise he finally answered my emails. It's been over two weeks since I paid him through PayPal. It is bad enough if an ebay seller doesn't mail out cards the very next day after buyer pays through PayPal but to wait over two weeks to mail out after receiving payment is rediculous.

Even if he is giving himself positive feedbacks, the # only show the unique ones. So 19741 unique ebay users have given him positive feedback. Even if he has 500 different names, that only brings the number down to 19241. My advice is to stay away from sellers that have a ton of feedback, even if the percentage is ok. His % is 97.4%, which seems decent, but he has ripped off over 500 people.

Yeah, Everyone that has been ripped off by this guy, or someone else, needs to report it to ebay so people like this aren't out there making people weary to buy things online.

I'm surprised ebay hasn't already done anything about him. They should have some program that tracks user negatives or complaints.

well surely if you were bogged down you would still return a call and an email within a month right? I mean I can call a senator and get a faster response. he didn't try to contact me till he was reported. So bad seller maybe, but more like terriable. This was a money order and I will take legal action if I have to. like I said I shipped payment over 3 weeks ago.

I think this post should be taken down, the is clearly not true. He has had 20192 different people leave him feedback on 100,000 auctions plus. This looks to be someone who is upset about something else. Looks like slander to me.

What do you mean something else? This guy stole my money, and it has been over 3 weeks. I still don't have the card! If you think that stating my opinion is slanderous well then thats your opinion. Mine is that he is a crook and a scammer.

sounds like something is going, on he has 3 or 4 times as many neutrals as negs my browser choked up trying to load them all on a dsl connection.
contrary to the post above this thread should be stickeyd not removed this guy is scamming and hustling people im glad someone brought it to our attention here so we can all watch out.
