HI Scott, I like the topic of this thread. Its not only the possible claims that affect cross border shipping. It is, in my case anyways, the US buyers hitting me with Low DSR on shipping charges. I charge less than it costs me to ship and I still get hit. Now I am at risk of being restricted from selling again, after just getting my priviledges back! I am only having trouble with US buyers. I charge the same amount to ship in Canada and the Canadians arent giving low DSR even though it costs roughly half to ship within Canada. Ebay sure know how to make it tough on their power sellers.
