    I don't think so, looking at the members history this is the first item of the sellers that the member has bid on while bidding on 8 other items

    The reason I thought it was shill bidding is because of when he retracted the final bid. Why place a bid of $368.00 and than retract it if you don't want to win the card within two minutes of placing it.

    He retracted his third bid because it made him the high bidder. It most likely is shill bidding, but it could also be some jerk that likes to drive up prices on cards just for kicks.

    I want to tell everyone that the member who sold me the card contacted EBAY and told them his story and they fixed the problem for us. I will only have to pay the first bid I put on the item.
