I beileve he is the all time collegiate leader in passing yards. I think he broke the record his senior year. Might develop into a star NFL player.

His competition for the last QB spot with Arizona was released, giving Timmy a better chance of making the team. I loved watching him play at Hawaii. He was a great college QB.

Timmy Chang is the NCAA all time passing yardage holder (among other records). In addition, he was/is a "legend/idol" in Hawaii since his High School days. Both Hawaiians and some Asian fans are hardcore collectors. I hope he does well in training camp and makes it on the roster. The same goes for Chad Owens -- My fingers are crossed!

I love the guy...but leading the NCAA in passing is a pointless statistic for NFL success...look at the past leaders...Ty Detmer? and the current leaders like BJ Symons etc...all about the offense they run. Name a Hawaii running back...exactly.

As posted above he holds NCAA records (both good and bad) and true that really doesn't mean too much in the NFL. I was just stating a fact. Personally, I think he's a decent QB, but that the shotgun offense of Hawaii didn't help him in the draft nor prepare him for the NFL. He has a decent fan base.

He's another Ty Detmer. Same situation. I doubt he'll go anywhere.
