Well let's say this, the wolves were already terriable with KG on there. I agree with he didn't have guys on the wolves. Celtics with the team they had and only win 1 championship!? Dirk is going to be the only HOF on the mavs or less you count Kid. The celtics has 3 for sure and 2 that can become one in the future. Again KG wasn't in his prime but he was still putting up good numbers like he was.
I don't know if that made sense or not.

Isn't it unfair to compare guys when one is fresh off a NBA Championship?

If you're just talking about now, then it's Dirk. Easily. For their careers, it's KG. Easily.

here is my take! you put kg on dirk in there primes dirk will score 50% of the time, now reverse what i just said and put dirk on kg, kg will score 30% of the time, now my theory is kg is not a massive clutch time guy, which is why i would take dirk, only because he can score when you need it! now kg can shut you down like a clutch shooter can hit closing shot's! but he cant score when it comes down to closing time! he isnt a 3 point threat he is basicaly a post guy and is not powerful enough to push around some of these 300 pound guy's on the floor, however dirk doesnt need power as he is a soft touch guy! he has the length when he fades to clear guy's and get the shot off, dirk has average defense, but with his closing ability ill take dirk at the end of the day! sorry for the ramble
