There were some problems with the Certified Freshmen Fabrics that were on the TBD list. Panini has explained that they had issues acquiring some of the jerseys, which then had to be built from scratch, get the autos, and go through the QC process.

There's only so much they can do. If a player isn't in the mood to sit down and sign his sticker sheets, it's not going to happen. Al's posted a couple of stories of guys that they've booked multiple sessions with, only to have the player cancel/delay at the last minute on every occasion. People sometimes forget that while collecting cards is a priority for them, signing cards/stickers is not always a top priority for an NHL hockey player.

Yep, The Stepan card is valued at $80 by panini they said I could have a combination of things. At first they offered me the PK subban equivalent (Not on my life
) so I chose 2 $40 value cards. The girl on the phone pulled up a list of cards they have in inventory for possible replacements. there were around 12 different cards. if you have alot of patience for incompetence, ask for Yvonne. it took me 3 months to get ahold of someone to replace my card (after the 4 months I had specifically chosen)

RGM- I noticed in the note Panini sent me they did explain the signing and made it a little clearer. It is up to the player to sign and his agent to make him available(so to speak). There is no(from what I understand in the message) time limit for the players to sign. So I am going to assume it's just a contract to sign and doesn't involve a time limit?
I did submit my request for a replacement. I listed my wants in terms of priority in 1-10 fashion. So hopefully they understand the list and do their best to get me a good replacement. I'll be honest though. It's only going to be a $25 BV card and in these days. Not many good cards book that low. BUT I will keep it in perspective and realize the Broduer wasn't exactly a high end player to begin with. So we will see how the process goes and I will let you guys know what I get in return, Brad.Super Collecting Jeff Skinner
