My young apprentice....
Hey everyone. I love hockey cards and breaking open a new pack/box amd its as exilerating as christmas day under the tree. However, I havent done it since I was in grade school (money and hard times for teens) and now that im working, I'd like to get back into it. I have more disposable income and I was wondering if there was anyone (or small group) of people to help me and show me the ropes, on what cards to look for/trade for etc. A mentor if you may.
Now most will say "But you have all of us!" True, but im looking for someone (or small group) that can really get me into this and to have a good time with. I know theres guides and whatnot but sometimes its just nice to have a friend who knows the ropes and can really get you off the ground running.

theres a bunch of us in the live chat everyday :)
theres usually about 5 or sometimes 6 of us that just talk hockey cards, do some trading, open packs.
There is a live chat thread in the hockey talk. Post anytime you want to meet in the live chat. Most of the time some of us will see that, and will join you. Its pretty cool :)
Theres actually a bunch of us in the live chat now if ya wanna join. Its actually a mix of hockey fans, football fans and basketball fans, but theres about 4 hockey fans in there now.
Cheers,
Andrew
