Most likely after round 1 we'll go back down the draft order and draft not only another hit but some base/parallels. Wanna get this done in 2 rounds if possible.

I would suggest a snake style instead that way it's more fair to everyone involved.

I think one person with the top picks in both rounds isn't fair to everyone. At least the person with the last pick in the first round gets some consilaton, the 1st pick in the 2nd.
