I would suggest a snake style instead that way it's more fair to everyone involved.

I think one person with the top picks in both rounds isn't fair to everyone. At least the person with the last pick in the first round gets some consilaton, the 1st pick in the 2nd.

What I meant by "go back down the draft order" was to draft 1-30 at first and then go back down, 30-1 in the second round. I would never give the same person the first pick in both rounds unless of course they had the #1 and #30 picks.
