I have a weird problem with one of the cards I pulled and I'm not sure if it calls for a replacement: the card is short. I put it in a one-touch and I would say it's a good 1.5 mm short from fitting in nicely. Anytime I pick it up, I hear clicking noise because it's just too short...

Would this call for a replacement or am I just dumb?

    UPDATE:
Got a scan to make it more obvious....

If its PC I'd just keep the card. All the patches are there, they're just ordered incorrectly. Sure, less than ideal but if its just for you to look at then you could probably get over the error quickly enough.

Now, if you're only going to sell it... well i might be more willing to ask for a replacement because you won't get full value the way it looks now. The flip side is I doubt you'll get a replacement with both Crosby and Ovi.

When it comes to replacement stock, they usually don't have that until 4-6 weeks after the product is released. Also, with the new rules in place, you have to have the box, the packaging, and your receipt from the store (and it had better be an authorized UD Diamond Dealer) to send in with the card.

From their release/blog about the new program:
“Certified Diamond Dealers and Authorized Internet Retailers will provide customers with a detailed receipt. Unfortunately we are not perfect and sometimes there can be issues with product customers open. In the event a customers finds any issues with damage, insert ratio, collation, etc. where you need assistance from Upper Deck’s Customer Care Department, the first thing we will ask you when you contact us is where you purchased the product. As long as you purchased through a Certified Diamond Dealer or Authorized Internet Retailer and can provide that receipt, we will be happy to assist you with your claim. Make sure to look for the Certified Diamond Dealer or Authorized Internet Retailer logos where you purchase your Upper Deck product.

Those are all good points from RGM. They probably wouldn't replace it, I'd think they'd rebuild it. I'd rather see if UD would be willing to send you something for that mistake. I would not send it in until they commit to a specific compensation/ replacement within a specific time frame.
