NHL 12: Thoughts?

What's everyones thoughts on NHL 12? I've only played 3 games (starting my career in the CHL) and so far I love the game. Best part is, because Blockbuster is going out of business and having a out of business sale they instantly put the game on sale from 59.99 to 35.99. Great deal in my opinion :)

How's everyone else feel about it so far?

I bought the game only for the Ultimate Team feature......and right now there is a glitch causing anything you sell from your trade pile to freeze your game when going in to check if you list 30 items for sale and they all sell you have to restart your system 30 times really annoying. So not impressed so far lol...but the game itself is good.

Ultimate Team was in NHL 11 as well right? I never tried it out, how exactly does it work and what do you do exactly?

i got a few copies from my buddy at EA for free and didn't like it too much, so I just sold the opened copy for 40 and the rest for 55.

Love: the new animations, those hits that send players on the bench, the fact that you can start a carreer in the CHL now (proud member of the QC Remparts here), the be a legends mode (although i want to unluck the player I really want to play - one guess as to who that is), love the fact that you can now ram the goalie and be punished for it

Would like to see: the real goalie masks (would add to realism), not so many post concussion syndrom injuries (i know it is a burning topic but come on in season mode Hill, George and Weber all have it...gimme a break)

Overall I think it is an improvement on NHL 11 and it justifies buying the new game.

so I guess a 53G, 47A season is only good for being projected to be a 3rd round pick before playoffs begin.
