I work at a County Jail and I was thinking about your situation.

Aside from currency, other contraband can come into the facility via stamps. Crushed up pills, stuck to the underside of a stamp being one of the biggest.

Try getting a business sized envelope that has the stamp already printed on the paper. That is what most facilities use when inmates buy "stamped envelopes."
