The Lemieux that sold for $90 was badly damaged so to use it as a guage is inappropriate.

Anyone who thinks these sell at 18% of BV clearly has no understanding of the hobby and scarcity. The vast majority of sales on these (which rarely ever show up) are close to BV with many sales in excess of BV. It's another old set that is just simply tough. Add to that the wax is relatively scarce from that year and you won't be seeing a glut of these any time soon. There's many a player collector still around from that era that have still only ever seen a couple copies (at most) of their player ever surface.

I've owned a Jagr, Tkachuk, and Coffey over the years and all went well well over the so called BV. with the Tkachuk drawing almost 3X BV. Take the notion of BV and flush it right with the rest of the Beckett talk.

This is one of those cases where you either swallow the pride and whip out the wallet or just walk away knowing you might not fill the void.

Those cards are insane to find. If you were busting that product back in the day it seemed none of them ever showed up anywhere. The lower end guys should fetch 80 plus I'd bet...?

It's worth whatever you're willing to pay. If you can afford only $50 then that's what you pay, $100, $5, etc.

You go to low may never see it again. Especially if it's hard to find.

When they do sell it's about 18% of BV tops. That Gilmour if you are patient can probably be had for less than 10 Bucks.

Thanks for your comment but I highly disagree this. Four Gilmour collector's still looking for this card and they propably do not pay over 100$ for this card, but I'm absolutely sure that each of them pays over 50$ immeaditly. I have been looking for the card on eBay for six years.
These cards aren't like those platinum cards which would go 1-2$ bucks each.

I would say that 'common' Lord Stanley Finals card sells over 60$ always on ebay, but it is unlikely that these prices may no longer be a which what Barrie said. Those were the days.

Those cards are a bit like the Collector's Choice Platinums, Those like Yzerman, Roy, Gretzky that are over $100.00 or in that ballpark, simply don't sell that well.

When they do sell it's about 18% of BV tops. That Gilmour if you are patient can probably be had for less than 10 Bucks.

In 2000-2004 they weren't moving at all on eBay because they are overpriced in terms of BV.

I have an Yzerman and will probably have to find somebody to trade it to, because it will not sell for what it should.

These card are NOT like the CC Platinum. But since you are selling your cards at 18% of BV could you send me a list of cards you have from 94/95 - 10/11. I would love to buy some cards from my wantlist.

Harri, you made a great deal, despite how much you paid for the card. Congrats bud ! $150 would have been easy to pay for this whale.

Thanks Jarkko, another Finnish Gilmour maniac

Well actually Jarkko most likely would had been worst competitor to me. And as we talked about earlier, year or something ago, I remember that your max bid on ebay would have been something around 100-120$.
