Stupid PayPal Question
Hey,
I've never used PayPal before. I've been thinking lately of selling some cards, but I have a (probably stupid) question.
Can I use PayPal as a sort of "internet wallet"?
Like does it have to be connected to a bank account or can I sell stuff and use that money strictly for online purchases, never intending to take it out in real cash?

You can, but I think you still need to link a credit card/bank account...

It's been a long time since I joined PayPal, but I'm pretty sure if you want to sell you'll at least need a credit card for them to link your account to

It has to be connected to a bank account but you don't need a credit card.

They need a secondary source of getting back their money in case a sale goes awry, they don't know that you're never gonna touch the money in the account.........

Don't need a credit card on file for PP, but to sell on eBay you do. If you are selling somewhere else, like here, you dont need a credit card.
