I keep all size of top loader and never bought one touch. I do have some because when I receive some card in them I always remove the card and use the sleeve top loader of the right size and a team bag. So if one ask for a one touch then I will use these but other wise I always mail and add dummy cards on both side of the top loader and then put it in the team bag. I never use tape, I make sure the team bag is always new and make sure I close it tight. Then the other person get new sleeve, new top loader and a team bag reusable since new too. This way the person does not have to switch the card and can inspect it and put it back in the material. All top loade I receive go to recycle bin as most have tape on them and I do not like it for my PC. Also the card can alaways touch the glue when the top loader end is taped. This will lower any future grading if they find the glue on the top center side.
Never had one issue or one person complain. If they ask before we deal then I will say yes. Otherwise, it is my responsablility to package the card so it arrive safely.
In Canada post if you put 1.25 stamp on a bubble mailer, it should not go into roller and are suppose to be handled by hand. If you put less, then maybe not. 1.25 allow up to 100g and garanty hand handling. Note that in January it will be 1.29$, a 3% increase.
If the card as two dummy card on both side and tigh in the team bad in a #000 bubble mailer, hard to bend this. If the card is unique and cost many 100$ of dollars, then I will use more then what I describe. But I did ship most card under 200$ like this. If anything happen, I will negociate a repair but good technique, right size top loader are essential and this is why I have 50-75-100-120-130-180 points always in stock. The less manipulation is key here. I open a box and I always have the right stuff.
Also they make larger sleave for ticker cards and this is also a must to have as regular sleave will not work fo ticker card and even if it fit, you risk damaging the card.

There are toploaders out now to fit almost every size and thickness of card. I use that, put it in a team bag and then sandwitch it between two card fillers and tape it up. That will withstand a tornado.

You can get it directly right at the post office for free. For some reason "Official" labeling is considered to be more appropriate rather than your hand drawn facsimile!Searching for: Jagr, Palffy, Stumpel, and Boyd

Try a graded card bag. They are a bit big but you can tape them over.
