Write DO NOT BEND on the package and they hand sort

whether it's sent as letter mail or oversized letter, does all the mail go thru the sorting machines?
nevermind, i just saw the above post. i think it depends what service you're paying for. are you trying to send it as a 'letter' or as oversized letter or as parcel...

If its a high dollar card that I pulled and feel at the time it needs a one touch then if sold, it goes in the one touch. You can place the card in a thick sleeve, place it in a team bag, and then tape top loaders on both sides.
Thick sleeves are the key. Nothing is more frustrating then someone trying to cram a thick card into a regular sleeve. 90% of the time it results in a dinged corner.

Not at all the case. The only way a letter or oversize letter used to miss the sorter was if you got the PO to hand cancel the postage. That is no longer the case either. The only thing DO Not Bend or fold may prevent is your postie cramming it into a mailbox and that's only if they happen to see it or care.Last edited by dahabsfan; 11-13-2011 at 02:03 PM.

Since this is not going to be in a letter sized envelope, this should not be an issue.
I can't speak for Canada Post, but the DO NOT BEND means do not bend at every point of the shipment, including sorting for USPS.

I've shipped many cards in one-touches and have never had a problem.
