    Slow mail or what

This is brutal. I mailed a bunch of bubble mailers out on the 1st of December to Texas, BC, Alberta and Ontario. I have received my end from Texas, BC, Alberta but not Ontario.
The package to Ontario was just 35 miles away from me and neither of us has received our end yet.

WAY TO GO CANADA POST, OR SHOULD I SAY CANADA STAGE COACH. YOUR SERVICE IS BEYOND COMPARE.

Im actually getting incredible service from Canada Post lately. I received a package the next day from within Ontario, received a package today from NY that got here in 6 days, and i got a package from within Canada in 4 days. I live in London which is on the way to Windsor and Sarnia, so with all the mail going to and coming from the States, it makes my mail even faster. Merry Christmas!

In the States, I attribute it to the Christmas Season and all the Christmas cards going out. Mail slows down around this time of year every year, and all the new cuts in the USPS have hurt even more.

Christmas may be a factor, but I did a test once. I work in a bush camp in the summer, and therefore send a lot of snail mail.

On July 9th, 2010, I sent two identical letters to my girlfriend at the exact same time. By which I mean I brought them both into the Canada Post office in New Liskeard, Ontario and has them mailed at the EXACT same time. She received one letter July 19th, and the other August 30th.
