But the Sabres have two. Carolina's only representative is in the rookie game, so conceivably Buffalo's could have been, too.

Jason pominville?

Elliott is second in the NHL in goals-against average and save percentage. He's a no-brainer.

Pominville is 12th in the NHL in scoring. Only two guys in the top 15 aren't going - Eberle and Backstrom. Eberle was told he would only be invited if he was healthy enough to compete, and with Backstrom beat up, too, I wouldn't be surprised if the Caps or Backstrom said no.

Both guys are quite reasonable inclusions, I would say.

Pominville has 43 points. More than Toews, Benn, Tavares, Seguin, Kane, Iginla, Perry, Ovechkin, Koivu, Gaborik, Couture, and Alfreddsson. I would have to say thats why he is there.

I guess Pominville deserves to go....Vanek would have been a better option.

And as for Adam, he is technically still a Rookie...he only played 19 games last year.
