Try East Coast...Upper Deck facilities have been moved to North Carolina as of September 2011...or maybe October.

    Facilities for production, yes.

Update here... Today they have the same message as yesterday about being away at a company function and I haven't received a response to any emails.

you probably won't get a reply. i've never heard of them replying to emails. its best to keep calling whenever you get the chance. as others have mentioned though, they were probably at the NHL All Star game so give them a few days.

I myself have taken a step back from the hobby because of companies like Upper Deck. They just have awful customer service. They got rid of tons of employees which leaves them way short handed now. They have moved their sports card facilities to North Carolina. The address in California has basically nothing to do with sports cards anymore. I sure hope they get their act together one of these days and I will make a return to the hobby that I once loved.

Does UD have awful customer service..... or do people have insane expectations two minutes after they pull a redemption. Who knows.

Given the choice between those two options, I think you'll find that 99% of hobbyists will choose Option A.

Considering you can't get a hold of a human being on the phone or so much as an email response in over a month of trying from a center that calls themselves customer support... I'll let you be the judge. Or maybe 2 minutes and 1 month are equivalent. Who knows.
