The Cleveland Cavaliers should tried to trade for Lin, then Dan Gilbert's promise of winning a title before Lebron will come true.

He did it again last night. He is on a roll....all he needs to do is work on his turn overs

I love how ESPN is talking about all the points and assists he makes but fails to mention that he in the past 6 games that he's started he leads the league in turnovers. And his FG% has dropped.
I really want to like this guy but the media is prostituting him so much that people are really going to start hating this dude. Even worse than Tim Tebow

Maybe he's so good that he is turning it over just to make things even?

I sort of agree. I don't dislike Lin at all, but I absolutely hate the constant updates about one specific player. There are so many stories for each sport that there is no need to saturate the media with one specific player.

Just don't watch ESPN then and you'll be fine. I almost never watch Sports Center anymore because it's all about Tebow, Peyton Manning, Lin etc
Impossible for me to dislike him. Who cares about the 6 turnovers, the guy can play.Hidden Content

The interesting part is amongst all the hype, contracts and big name players this team is .500. 7 straight wins got them back to .500? Kinda blows your mind that it took a guy buried at the end of the bench to kick-start them.

You must not watch the full games. He is getting more turnovers BUT because he is handling the ball more than others OVERALL the team has LESS turnovers. If he gets 8 Turnovers but the rest of the team get only 2-4 as opposed to 15-20 you can call that a positive thing.
ESPN is 'prostituting' Lin because the knicks are 6-0 w/ him as a starter and this while without Melo and Amar'e (5/6 w/o Amare). Who woulda thought at the beginning of the season that the Knicks would play better w/o both stars than with them?

I like Jeremy Lin, but the press coverage that he is getting is beyond ridiculous.
I was watching the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show the other night and I kept waiting for one of the announcers to start talking about him. Thankfully, nobody did.Last edited by kehosomn; 02-17-2012 at 01:15 AM.

It's not just ESPN, it's EVERYWHERE! Front page of yahoo, TMZ, local news stations....it's hard to avoid.
