Ridiculous!!!!!
thought it would be fun to go to Dave and Buster's on Saturday night....spent $42.00 on the arcade games and enjoyed the time with my wife and little brother butttttt.....I look at my bank account tonight and they say I spent $4,200...I think that if I spent that much there that would be a problem...I will be speaking to you Mr. Dave and Mr. Buster tomorrow!!!! What should I do...contact the bank first or Dave and Buster's first???

Do you have a copynof your sign receipt? If it says $4200 and you signed it, it is going to be hard to fight

Yikes. Surely the mistake will be obvious when they look at the transaction.

If your bank is handling it then I would let it ride. The bank will notify corporate D&B and it will be resolved pretty quickly.
Still seems odd that you were billed $4200 and no one at D&B noticed the differential. I used to be in retail management and I can promise you that a $4200 gap between sales totals and receipts definitely stands out.

So you know where I am coming from. I admit, it seems a bit odd that nobody said "Hey, why are we $4200 over for the day?"
Perhaps a call to D&B management might be in order. I would surpass the location where you went to tho and go straight to regional/territory management.
