I'd return it for the full refund.
If its a PC piece, I'd always know that I have a damaged card in my PC. If its FT, then I'd have to spend all that time making sure that whomever wanted it was aware of the damage and it just makes it a headache to trade.
Not worth the hassle or the headaches. Get your money back and spend it on a card that you have no issues with.
