Upper Deck Customer Service-AWFUL
Hey everyone, Ive called Upper deck a couple times a day for the last few days and I get the message about fulfilling redemptions EVERY time. What do I do to get through to them?? Its pretty rediculous and idk what to do, thanks for any help!

They have it set to that because they're:
a) Really dedicated to getting your redemption fulfilled and don't have time to talk to find out what your redemption is.
b) Currently looking for new Customer Service staff after letting a bunch of people go.
c) Really worried about what to do now that MLB Properties is suing them again and having a conference about it.
d) A little bit of all of the above.

The reason you cant get threw to them is they are trying to full fill my redemption from 18 months ago. I sent them an email and got a standard reply back saying they are busy filling redemptions. WHAT A JOKE THAT REDEMPTION PROGRAM IS. I hope I never pull another redemption card from them.

Maybe they're upgrading their system to server you better? (That's why I couldn't get through to Panini this week)

Sounds like everyone loves them as much as me LOL...my redemption wasnt filled i asked for a steve yzerman or gretzky replacement (for a sid patch/auto) so i cannot believe that they are packing out the sids but had NOTHING close for these two?

I called them about 8 months ago to ask for a replacement for a redemption I'd been waiting on from 9/10 SP Authentic (I had been waiting for about 18 months when I called). They said sure they'd send out a replacement. The status was updated on my My Accounts page ... annnnnd nothing. Haven't seen anything in the mail.
