    Good luck.
    I have never had the luck to get through over the phone, so i chose email. My initial request for replacement was back in Oct last year and i just recently got a confirmation email with a case number. Oh, well...what else can i do? Probably nothing. Complaint aint making the result different.

    Facebook / Twitter are really the best way to get ahold of these guys sometimes from what I've seen. They don't like bad press on their social pages.. Just don't take it to the extreme or they will just block you.
