I'll try that. I usually hand write my LOR in standard paper but find it time consuming. I recently used typewritten LOR but don't know if it will affect my success rate.

for 2012 requests, I got Dirk Nowitzki, Coach Scott Brooks, Robert Parish, and Bruce Bowen.

It's always a long wait since I live in the Philippines. Most of the time, I don't get any returns even for players will high return rates (e.g. Tim Hardaway, Bill Sharman, Dan MAjerle). Got Sharman and Majerle on my 2nd try last year. Still haven't heard from Tim Hardaway. Also tried Penny Hardaway and David Robinson (my favorite player) 3x each. No success. It hurts my wallet since I need to spend 2-3x on US stamps for return postage and I had to buy it online so it's much more expensive (per stamp) and to mention the postage to the US. So I usually send to players that I like and HoFamers only so I don't waste money

I would think handwriting would be better than typed. I've gotten those 4 as well. Heard Magerle was good , I'll have to try Sharman. Personally I think Tim Hardaway is a jerk, so I'm not gonna try for that one. I couldn't find an addy for Penny.
It's expensive enough here in the US, so I imagine its a pain doing it from the Philippines. Good luck to you

wow was just gonna to write up a letter to rubio. i had concerns though bc the timberwolves seem to not give the players their mail i got 2 letters sent back with a fan pack and cards not signed. is it me or do all the foreigners show the love to their fans?

Sharing what I got from Rubio when he was still playing in Spain. I sent him 2x and received my items signed in both occasions.
