First off, I don't wed myself to anybody. I'm not an unabashed Obama supporter who believes everything that comes out of his mouth. But I know crap when I see it. If you don't know who Obama is, then you don't care. There is plenty of info out there on the man.

The only thing out there on the IDIOT is what the Liberal Media tells and wants out.

I just have no response to that. If you think all media that says things you may not want to hear is "liberal", then I'll never change your mind.

And I will never change your mind if you think he gets preferential treatment from the mainstream media. They see no wrong in anything he does. He can do no wrong. We will have to agree to disagree on the IDIOT.

do you feel we have the same level of transparency about his past that we have had of other candidates? I don't buy the social security number, the birth certificate, or any of the other junk. I do however find it odd that pretty much any information about his college career is sealed and there seems to be next to no past associates aside from those who are tied to his political career.
i mean, we knew about laura bush's car accident when she was 16 for goodness sakes.

I do. I can go on the internet and find interviews with his college roommate, etc. And truly, there's a difference between someone like Obama and someone like George W. W was born into an already prestigious family, with his soon-to-be-President dad, and his wildly successful grandfather. So people cared whatever George W did when he was 25. Who was Barack Obama at age 25? Nobody cared. So of course there's going to be more news about someone who was born into a more newsworthy family.

Well, here's a little pre-Congress info on him courtesy of Breitbart:

This is the first in a series that purports to vet Obama.

the only girls that I can tell you that any president has dated or been with were girls that were part of scandals (i.e. JFK, Clinton). I've never heard a best man of any president being interviewed nor have I seen interviews of their friends. I suppose you could find some for some presidents of the past.
basically none of this makes me wonder.

You are pretty much the most reasonable lib on this board, so I have a hard time believing that you agree that Obama's past was properly vetted by the media.

wedding with some photos
His best man was supposedly his half brother Malik Obama
childhood documentary
Here's a documentary about his early years in Hawaii through the voices of his friends, teachers, coaches, etc. I haven't watched it so I have no idea about it, but if you are actually interested in answering your questions above you may try to watch it.
biography
Here's some info about him on biography.com
I also think there are a lot of books out on the man that may answer some of these questions that you have.
