lol. I have no idea who wrote these, but just putting out what I found. The post looked to be a copy from somewhere else and not a direct post of the OP. I'm guessing that whomever wrote it probably didn't even do a quick google search to see what he could find.

Breitbart will release a video tonight of Obama from his law school days. No idea what is supposed to be in it.

There has to be a level of differentiation. I think his professional past was well documented. I know about his community organizing in Chicago, his time at Harvard Law, his being a professor at UChicago, and of course, his time in politics.
The personal stories were not as frequent as say, Bush or Clinton (I was only paying attention to these two former Presidents, so they're the only ones I can base this off of). But Clinton was a long-time governor/womanizer, so the stories about him were abundant. And George W's past has been documented since he came out of the womb, given his family ties. Obama came from relative obscurity, which is why I think people don't feel like they know him.
Edit: When talking about politics, "reasonable" is about the greatest compliment you can receive, so thanks!

We know what positions he held, but the media never actually reported about the kinds of people he regularly associated with or the radical views that he espoused.

Oh man. I can't tell you how many times I saw CNN/Fox/MSNBC/every other media outlet talking about Rev. Wright, Bill Ayers, etc.

You never saw it on the network news media though.

On behalf of all my fellow journalists, I apologize for bumping the stories from a 60-minute nightly news show and forcing this story onto 24-hour news channels that likely get twenty times the total viewership as the nightlies.
Seriously? The story was out there in the mainstream, period. Why does it matter to you which ones had it?
