Upper Deck you SUCK
I am so pissed off at Upper Deck. I just picked up a box of 11/12 U/D series 2. The break was good until I hit this card.
It is the UD SIGNATURES of Pascal Leclaire of the Senators. The card is completely mangled right from the pack. Looks like it was caught in the rollers when made. No other cards in the pack were damaged.
I tried phoning Upper Deck customer service and they say via recording that they cannot take calls at this time as the team is focusing on for filling redemption requests.
They cant designate a couple of people to answer their phones.
I would return the card to them but I dont know what they require besides the card so I have kept the box that it came in. Hopefully I can get a hold of them sometime shortly.
If anyone knows what else I should do please let me know.
THANKS FOR YOUR GREAT HELP UPPER DECK. NICE TALKING TO A RECORDING.

Send the card back to them. Include a copy of your Receipt, that always gets their attention.
Make sure you ask for an adequate Autograph replacement if they cannot duplicate the card that was mangled. Put a cc: (Carbon Copy) of a Law Firm.
UD does not know if you have a lawyer or not, but when you cc: a Law Firm, they panic and will take care of business.
The thing in your favour is that this is Pascal LeSieve, you might end up with a real player's auto when you get your's replaced.

I think UD must be pretty caught up in their financial problems right now. They were just sued again by MLB lawyers for abusing the MLB name on product while they were not licensed to do so. As part of the settlement they were to pay off a fine over a certain amount of time. They had 3/4 of the fine paid off and then they stopped paying. Why?? Who knows. Maybe their hardships are more than anyone realized. Soooooo, MLB has taken them back to court for the remainder of the payments PLUS additional interest and fines for violating their existing payment schedule.

that really sucks man, i've heard a ton of recent stories about them lately...i would personally wait to send it...if you send it now, you'll never know what they will do...wait a few weeks to make sure they will offer a replacement, and maybe they will give you options (such as asking you whom your PC guys are)...hopefully it works out for you
Also, try their facebook...i heard if you post on there, or even add a pic of the card, that they are very quick to respond to peoplePlease check my inventory before my photobucket!!! It's more up to date!!!

If UD is going under because someone isn't answering the phone then Panini must be gone by now.

I've been trying to contact them for a couple of weeks about a redemption that is shown as shipped but has not arrived. They usually have tracking for high end cards. I'm getting the same phone message and no response to emails.

The only time I've contacted UD was on their Facebook page. I had a reply in about 20 minutes.
Just be nice.
