I sent them a e mail and got a standard reply back saying to call customer service. That is great. They dont answer their phone. Does anyone at upper deck even talk to each other. Facebook is next.

I say try facebook. I've never tried contacting them any other way as I've heard nothing but horror stories, but like I said, 20 minute response time there for me.

Try facebook. I got a reply after I asked him how long it'd take to get somebody back on the phones. I can't remember what their response was, but at least they responded!

Try Upper Deck will be out of business in a couple of years. They keep getting sued and it isn't a high profit margin in the trading card market. All the expenses they can't pay is going to end up sinking them.
