Well Estovia, it just sounds very odd (it's usps btw), to read wrong on sweden and greece, not even the most sloppy mailman does that. But ok let's say they have done that. Yes, I do expect them too, I sell legos sometimes, and one time a big lot got lost, not lost entirely but completely wrong route. Without waiting I mmediately sent new legos to the buyer, and the worth was around $200. Also a friend of mine did a big order from Amazon (uk) once, it got lost and they sent new shipment straight away, didn't wait for the claim. Good customerservice does that.

But Dacard is getting sloppy, they're more and more late & the pack of BAP Portraits I bought in the autumn was damaged, which I pointed out, got no reply or repay, I let it go as it wasn't that expensive. It's a shame cause I've loved Dacard's service in the past. : (

DO NOT BUY FROM QUECAN!!! I've had some terrible boxes from them (cards totally ruined, paint chipping, etc.) and they weigh their boxes and keep the heavier ones (case hits, etc.). Like, they'll open a case, weigh every box, then keep the 3 or 4 heaviest ones and sell the rest, assuming they kept the boxes with the heavier patches and whatnot. They are dirty, dirty scammers!!! AVOID!

I don't know anyone who's ever hit a decent card from a box they bought from Quecan. I'm glad a friend tipped me off about them when I first got back into the hobby 3 years ago-ish. Thankfully I had only cracked 3 or 4 ruined/damaged/disappointing boxes to that point.

I think its the company that they shipped it by. Contact that company as you have the tracking #.

Yeah, i pulled a 11-12 Artifacts Horizonttal Black Patch/Tag 2/2 Patrick Roy and countless patches form the boxes i got from Quecan. lol

I got a case hit in a single box of SPA a year or two back from quecan, would recomend them to everyone.

It sounds to me like Quecan has really changed their ways over the last several years. Admittedly, I haven't dealt with them in about 3, and everything I was told was via word of mouth. I think my friend was full of it! I have received only lousy boxes (content-wise) from they myself though, and two boxes of 02-03 Pacific Exclusive were totally paint-chipped and ruined.
