I've been looking to get a Milwaukee Brewers one, but my pursuit has not turned one up. I've been looking for one uncracked and by a player in the last 5 years...but people ask for way too much.

Yeah i definitely enjoy them. My team sells them for $20 but they rarely have them and ive never bought any. Honestly your best bet is just pay attention during the game and ask the players for them. thats how ive gotten all of mine.Last edited by jake; 08-25-2013 at 07:32 PM.

Assuming that the team doesn't sell the broken bats, do you just go down near the dugout after the game and nicely ask the player for the bat? I assume you don't do it in the middle of the game or before the game...
If so, then I might be able to get a few. I have a few people that I know on a few minor league teams that would probably give me one/get me one of another player

I currently don't have any, but when I was in my early teens and wasn't the collector I am today I was at Scranton-Wilkes Barre Red Barons game and Jimmy Rollins gave me his broken game used bat after the game.....boy do I feel stupid
today after trashing it because I was young and dumb!

I have a Josh Vitters, Mike Trout game used bats. The Trout was when he was in rookie ball and he gave my wife a full bat that wasn't broken just because she asked him
