just got off the phone with panini customer service (very pleasant young lady) but somewhat missinformed she told me that the two redemptions i have requested had yet to be made and they do not know when they will be able to send them out. but here is one of the cards i redeemed.

i really like some of the panini products but this entire redemption process has soured me on the entire company. i have not bought a single panini product since early last year. they just hired a new hockey manager Chris Carlain whom i have traded with several times on HI, a good guy, i hope he turns this company around.

I have never had a Panini Redemption arrive to me without having to call the redemption department about it. Do not use the email system and do not leave a message keep calling until someone answers as they have never responded to a single email or phone call. Once on the line they check the status of the card and it seems its always in house on someones desk just not mailed out yet extremely annoying. Only card I never received but was replaced with another card was my Steve Stamkos Score 2010-11 Autograph. They sent a contenders auto instead in my opinion no where close to equal value as Score Autos are tougher to pull but I had no choice since the Score one will not be produced took them over 1 year to tell me this. I just sell my Panini redemptions now its not worth the hassle.

Today I have recieved the Limited subban gold that has been pending for over 1 year now (card has been live for a long time too). I got their marketing department attention by bombarding @paniniamerica, @prush55 and @tracyhackler. Emails or phone calls wasn't working at all.

Great... so basically I'm hearing that the have no 'system' in place to track what's live and what isn't, or to get them out the door faster. If you whine the loudest they get them to you to keep you quiet?

You'd think a simple database logging in what cards are in stock, and running a program that matches outstanding redemption requests against that list even weekly would make things run a lot smoother.

Best of luck to you with the redemptions. Ive only redeemed a couple of cards and that may be the last time I redeem. Ive sold/traded every redemption Ive have hit from Panini (not including PC items as I never seem to hit them, which may be a good thing). Though I must say when you ACTUALLY REACH THEM you can get your cards pretty quickly, other than that you acutally cant even contact through millions of resources.

Problem is they only care about there next product to care about their past ones. Also almost 99% of their autos are stickers. I have seen redemption cards inserted in one product then the next surprise surprise there is an autograph of the same player on a sticker in the next product. Why did they not use the stickers for the previous product who knows. Maybe because it makes to much sense to do so. My question is if they know they have x number of sets and will have x number of Autos why not get the player to sign all the freaking stickers they need especially if they are signed by Panini to sign autos for them.
