Good Grief.....
Half the players on the Sens have G.I. Joe Jungle Grip hands. They have fanned on more shots, and missed more gaping nets than humanly possible.
When you are a professional, there is no excuse for not hitting the net from 20 feet.

Breakdown by Ottawa at their own blue line. Staal jumps into the play and hammers the puck into the open net.
1-0 Rangers.

Anderson leaves the ice the second the clock runs out. If he does nor return, to shake hands, he is a punk in the mold of Chelios.

Nice try Sens. We proved everybody wrong by making the playoffs and going to 7 games against the 1st seeded New York Rangers. We are a team of the future, watch out! This is just a taste of whats to come, (hopefully a deeper post season run). Nice try boys, get a good rest and come out next season strong! Now Karlsson go win that Norris, and hopefully Alffy doesn't retire.

The Rangers were pressured for 10:00 straight minutes by the Sens. They have not seen pressure like that, for that extended period of time all year.
Sens for their part, AGAIN missed the net more than 10 times. They could not hit a pig in the arse with a shovel full of wheat.

Great push by the Sens at the end, but the Rangers held strong.
Congrats to the Rangers, they played a fantastic series and certainly deserve to be advancing. Not only did Lundqvist play out of his mind, but the team does play well as a group. Also congrats to the fans as I have found them to be some of the more respectful fans throughout the playoffs (no name-calling, childish behaviour, etc.)
As for my Sens, it was a season that far exceeded expectations. While I'm disappointed to see them lose, it is way more than even I expected as a big fan and believer. I'm excited to see what's in store for next season!
