Yeah I do tracking too for anything over $50... you just have to and they have to pay it if they want my item. Also, something that may help, not sure if you already do this, but I make sure I personally drop off all my items at a Canada Post Office. Not in my neighbourhood postal drop-box. Not only does it speed up shipping times, but it reduces 'disappearances' I've found.

I already did call ebay and they submitted it to the securities team. I'm about 90% towards clicking the "report item" button and get him thrown off of ebay. I've shipped to literally almost every province, South Africa, Asia and Europe and have never had this problem. This is the first time something has happened like this. All of his reponses during the dispute were 1-2 sentence answers and nothing sounded right but they still favor the buyer.

USPS does not let you use drop boxes to ship internationally. I use it for the stuff in the US since I can go at off times. I do work next door to a post office and have had mutiple people give me different answers when it comes to shipping which kind of annoyed me.

I discussed with him..
This was his last reply:
I didn't get it, but I decide to refund the seller because I'm tired of all this ™™™™... So, can you give me a break and tell him to ship his package with a tracking next time.
Hope you get your moneys back.

Just saw. I was told when I was about to ship it that USPS does not do tracking internationally. Then after the fact by someone else I was told they do. Things like this irritate me.
Guys: I have resolved it with the seller.

I'm sorry to be the one to say this but you really set yourself up for this to happen. In the future don't let a buyer dictate to you the terms. If they want a card like this you have to protect yourself better my freind, even if it means forking out the extra $10 to slap a tracking number on it. I just did that for a $70 card yesterday.
Regarding this "customer service associate" saying you could still get your money, I would get that in print asap.
