I agree with the last two statements for sure. Pre lockout itg has a very nice market. And like Scotty said what other company has a president that comes online and discusses their products and would be willing to help out directly. ITG is #1 in my eyes.

ITG is the best card company for vintage memorabilia, enforcers and juniors. 75% of my wax breaking is ITG now. I do enjoy the random Pacific pre-lockout breaks.

In his defence, Backstrom is just coming back from a pretty serious concussion. That said, it's not a coincidence that Ovy's had a lot of redemptions with UD products but is live in those made by some other companies...
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

Seems its not UDs fault really when players dont take their signing sessions serious.. and its a problem too that its known that ud dont pay in time for some players.. i even heard of some rookies last year or something that sent cards but never got paid.. go figure why we have this problem..

This post isn't about ITG, it's about UD redemptions. Please stay on topic.

I checked my redemptions on the Upper Deck page, and all of them have been moved to the Fullfilled tab saying they are being packaged and prepared for shipping, looks like I should see my cards within 2 months. Maybe I will be buying some Ultimate Collection this year after all.

I have been happy with upper deck and received all redemptions I check in. The last one was a huge hit Lemieux/Gretzky dual patch auto 5/5, took six month come in but well worth the wait.

Panini sent my last batch of redemptions to Alberta, which would be great if I didn't live in Ontario. My address change was made on their site, and Canada Post apparently didn't see fit to forward the package so who knows where they are......now I have to sign an affidavit and get the replacement ball rolling.
The best part is that they assured me the next batch would be sent to the proper address, then stated that they had no idea how the previous ones got sent out west. Makes me feel totally confident.

It depends on why you're in this fine hobby of ours. If you're in hobby for the joy of busting wax, then don't let all the legal issues facing UD stop you from busting wax. If you're in the hobby to make a profit through selling cards, then not busting wax shouldn't be that much of an issue. With regards to redemptions, it's best to be patient and polite since being an aggressive brute isn't going to get you anywhere.

Wow! Congrats on your luck, I think there are many people who have not been that fortunate with many of their redemptions.
