Questionable patch..your thoughts?

So i like tavares and starting a small pc. Was browsing the bay and saw this

Seller only has 23 feedback or something...if i could guarantee that the patch was real plus the seller is not some scumbag id definately try to win this auction...but will stay away due to both reasons..

But anyways i havent seen anything like that im definately not an expert on fakes or ud ultimate, really curious to know what you guys think as ive never seen this before

Ive seen a few now from 10/11 Ultimate with a button used as the jersey window.

I think it's legit too. I have seen a few of these cards pop up. Not only that, the colors/size of the patch look to be right as well. Maybe you can pop on facebook and ask UD if they used any lace/tie up cards for 09-10 Ultimate and get a sure answer.
