Just curious to see what the fellow hockey collectors here do for a living.

I may be stereotyping but just wonder for the people who keep busting the CUP/Dominion, common sense thinks they should make a decent living to be able to afford the high end stuff.

I'll start, I am currently in Real Estate Sales.

I'm a courier dispatcher, plus I do deliveries after work every other week. I work on average 60-70 hours a week, and I can't afford no Cup or Dominion!!!
I do have 2 kids, my job pays for my family and my overtime pays for my hobby.........

I'm a roadie, I don't open any of the high end product. If there is a card that is in that set I'll trade or buy it. Also with 3 chidren not alot of extra income for a chance of hitting a big card in the high end product.

I am an industrial Mechanic. Decent wage, but I have 4 kids and my wife is a Stay at home mom, so no Cup or Dominion for me.

A box of limited once a year is about as high end as I go.

I'm a self employed marketing professional, been busting The Cup & Dominion a fair bit lately.

I'm a free-lance graphic designer. Busted one box of the Cup. It is exhilarating, but I wouldn't bust a few boxes a year though. Haven't busted much of anything lately tho.

I am a software architect, but also have a stay at home wife, 2 boys who both play hockey. Of course one is a goalie, so between all the expenses of life and hockey, there is just enough money to pick up some cards once in a while. Never opened The CUP or Dominion, highest pack ever bought was ITG Ultimate. I prefer boxes like Series I & II, lots of fun, and I can afford those.

I'm a student who has never busted a The Cup or Dominion, but got one tin of The Cup for free! I do graphic designing which gets me PayPal money for my cards, and some IRL chores/stock up from birthdays and umpiring baseball for wax!

I buy/sell/trade cards for a living. Never busted The Cup but will be busting a Dominion box at my next card show in Whitby Ontario on May 13th if your in the area come in around 1pm thats when I am going to open it.

The most expensive stuff I have opened are the SPGU/Limited/SPA/ITG Ultimate. I also just bust cases of UD and Score mainly. Lately its been Blaster boxes. So if your looking for a card for your collection let me know. May take me a while to locate it in my storage but I may have it.
