Multiple redemptions.. your experience?

im also wondering: has anyone ever been sent the consolation prize? upper deck says something like if its been a year, we have the right to send you an "equivalent" product..

I redeemed 6 redemptions all at once over the phone last year for 10-11 SPGU Sam Gagner Letter Marks. When I redeemed them, I asked UD to send me the letters to spell "GAGNER" and that's what I got (you can see it in my signature). The redemptions arrived all at once in the same envelope. I think I had to wait about 7 months for them.

BTW, your "HURRICANES" Team Marks is very cool.

I have multiple redemptions for the 11-12 sp gu jeff skinner letter marks pending. I am wondering if anyone else has experience in this area and could answer my questions:

1. Should I expect to wait the full 16 weeks, or do they normally arrive sooner? I am guessing it depends on the athlete?
2. Do all of the cards arrive together?
3. Can I expect a unique letter for each redemption? Or, do they just stuff the envelope and if you get duplicates, you get duplicates?

thats the second time ive heard 7 months.. good to know the general time frame. lets hope my transaction goes as well as yours did.

thanks! it took me about 3 years to put that together. i really like the manufactured patch cards for some reason - they are definitely cool. your gagner set is sweet too!

Nice to finally meet the guy I can presume has snatched up the 7 lettermarks I was working at getting on ebay!LOL In the same position with the letters but before I do any redeeming I plan to call them(UD) to redeem them and request one of every letter except for the 2 N's I will need. I have the numbers already but have been forgetful and haven't called UD yet to redeem them. I'll let you know how that goes as I would rather talk to a person then get a reply thru an email, Brad.

Nice to see you aren't a pure Skinner PC guy though! Was kinda worried you might try buying them all up!LOL And also as far as I know. There is a print run of /50 for each letter if I'm not mistaken? So if you do the math that's 7x50= 350. So in reality since the redemptions are not marked with a specific letter at all. There are 350 Letter redemptions that can be redeemed total. So that is my understanding since EVERY letter redemption is marked /50. I can't see the print run being any different than that or each redemption would be marked to a different print run. Just my thoughts, Brad.

Im pretty sure the print run is 50 total.. not 50 per letter.. so 7 total per letter.

Well now I gotta question how they are going to do the numbers? There are only 2 so a print run total of 25 would be uneven. Meaning 12 of 1 number and then 13 of the other??? I'll call UD tomorrow and see what I can find out for sure! Thanks for the idea but hopefully I can get an answer for us, Brad.

unless im bananas (not unheard of), they do the numbers the same way they do the letters. a few posts up in this thread i spelled out the breakdown (at least, thats how other number/letter/team marks have worked). you are right, theres no way to exactly split them up. 7 of each letter means one extra.. and 12 of each number means one extra.

I got all 7 of my skinner cards last night via fedex. I sent my redemptions in between 4/25 and 5/20, so I only had to wait about 6 weeks. On top of that, I got all 7 letters.. sounds like I was luckier than some :)
