    Experience with Tristar?

Just opened 08 Projections and got shorted an auto. Sent an e-mail and called, but got sent to voicemail.

Has anyone had any good/bad experiences with them?

I purchased a box of TNA cards and was missing a gu card a few months back. I wrote an email and all they asked was for a proof of purchase and 1 week later I received a card in the mail.

Is proof of purchase the bottom of the box?

No, I mean like a receipt showing proof that you actually purchased the box of cards from a store or website.

I ordered from blowout cards so I showed my invoice that came inside the box telling me what I ordered. That was all the proof they needed.

Both of you have had bad experiences with this company?? Wow.... how many more do you think there is??? I think either its done on purpose to scoff cards,or they have unreliable employees who don't know how to run machines or count.Kinda sad either way. ~~Dave C.
