Yeah, they should have responded by Friday. I would give it until Monday and then send another email over to them. Seems odd that they didn't handle this faster.

ive onyl bought 1 blaster box of tristar, (prospect plus 2007) didnt have any problems

When I pulled a Joe DImaggio autographed bat from their product I called them up to ask about the redemption process and they were very straightforward with me. I overnighted the redemption to them and they in turn overnighted the bat to me. Whole process took less then a week from pulling the redemption to getting the bat.

Hmm, okay, mine must be an unusual occurrence.
