well with paypal you are supposed to send w/DC all the time, if you have no proof your SOL and they will get their money back :/

Take all your funds out of your paypal account. I dont believe they can give them a refund if the funds are gone. Its what i've heard but I do not know if it is actually a 100% true.

creat another account and sell all your funds to that account
then you'll just have a neg.amount in your account but they can't charge your credit card

I believe when a complaint is filed the amount you suppose to refund is frozen. its always best to send with delivery confirmation. ive had a few complaints and sent them the dc and disregarded.

Contact paypal, talk to them about it. Also, ive never heard that you have to use delivery confirmation with paypal... Then it would be required of all Ebay listings with the paypal option woulden't it? and that's certainly not happening. Actually, I think the buyer might be screwed if they diden't pay for paypal's buyer protection service, if they did, i'm not sure...
