Plus, if you use Paypal and you don't send with DC, you are wasting your own money. Once you don't send with Paypal you are an easy mark.. You have no proof of sending the card, so Paypal will always side with the other person.

seablazer nailed it... always just add DC to your package... its like 35 cents and saves you in situations like this... but i would just refund the money to save your credit

ok then u explain to me why i went to the post office today and asked how much delivery confirmation cost and they said depending on the package weight between $18-$20

I believe the reason is because from Canada to the United States, any tracking requires express shipping which would put you into that high of a range.
Well, welcome to international (international is stupid when you're talking about Canada/US) mailing... I had one problem, but that was mailing overseas to Sweden... Anyways, customs in Sweden held the package for 1 additional day and tracking ended right at that moment. I didn't know it got delivered until I got feedback.
On the other hand, how long ago did you ship the card? I've only purchased 2 cards from shippers in Ebay... One from Toronto, the other from PEI. The PEI one got to me in 14 days, while the Toronto took 28 freaking days!!!
It's a shell game... And from what I've been found out, basically, all international shipments are a shell game... If the buyer claims they didn't receive, paypal will refund the money no question asked AND suspend the sellers account...
It's ridiculous, but Paypal is not favorable for international shipping.

Any and all international shipments I'm planning on receiving, I'll allow up to 30 days... After 30 days I get a little worried...
But 30 is the big number!

No, not when it comes to Paypal...
They see it in 2 ways:
A) Either the buyer received the item and nothing is mentioned.
B) Buyer does not receive item, files complaint, 95% of the time gets money back with no hesitation...
For international sellers (Canada, Europe, etc.,), Paypal can cause more harm than good. Most US sellers now require international bidders to pay with Money Order or Cash to avoid this situation...
