Question about Red Inks
Hey guys,
I've noticed that topps' redemptions say red ink "nickname" autos...and most set's red inks are nickname autos but why do I barely see any MainEvent red ink nickname autos?
I've seen several Condit MainEvent Red Inks autos (1st Auto) but only one was signed "natural born killer". I've also seen a few Rich Franklin Main Event Red Inks but none of them said, "ACE"....until today. Traded for one recently and was surprised to see that it was signed "ACE". Does this carry more value? Do you guys like red inks cause its a different color or do people prefer them cause they're nickname autos?

i think the fact that yours has ace definitely adds value. main event was strange in that a lot weren't nicknames. lytle was one of the few that every one I have seen has had the nickname

The Jon Jones ME red ink I pulled had a nickname.... I like them because of the fact that they are worth more.....now the reason they are worth more I do not really know.

I just took a look at mine, its #1 but doesn't have ace on it, whats the # on it? From the randomness I've seen, and it's a shot in the dark, but I wonder if they do it on their lucky numbers maybe...
