Buffalo Bison @ Pawtucket Redsox
Went for Buffalo in hopes of getting Matt Harvey and finishing up what I had left but these guys as a whole were a lot worse than the first time they came in but with the roster turnover they had I guess that’s expected. Trenton Thunder @ NB Rockcats
Was headed to see Joe Namath so I made a quick stop in NB before the game to get Paul Molitor who was in town for the last time this year and possibly ever with the team possibly moving. He was good about it as always but refused to do HOF. Didn’t care to make much of an effort for Trenton/NB as I couldn’t stay for long anyway but in that brief amount of time I got a glimpse of how brutal Trenton really was. I was turned down by Brett Marshall and Schafer Hall 1 on 1 and Hall didn’t so much as move his head to look at me. Melky Mesa also turned me down 1 on1 but at least he acknowledged me.
NB
Paul Molitor 1/1 8x10, 1/1 card
Rudy Hernandez 1/1
Logan Darnell 1/1
Shawn Roof 1/1…signed his card than started to sign Denny Lehman’s he felt really bad, 2min later he came out with a new Lehman card for me told me he stole it from his locker.
Oswaldo Arcia 2/3
Dakota Watts 2/2
Aaron Hicks 2/2
Brett Jacobsen 1/1
Trenton
Kevin Mahoney 2/2
Rob Segedin 3/8
JR Murphy 4/4
Brett Marshall 0/1
Schaffer Hall 0/1
Dellin Betances 0/2
Melky Mesa 0/1
Jose Pirella 0/1

Joe Namath
Took a long ride for Broadway Joe Namath and as a big Jets fan I thought it’d be worth a trip to meet one of my favorite football players of all time and the greatest player in my franchise’s history. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate as not too long after arriving it started to thunder and pour and pour and pour. As Joe was leaving to get back to where he was staying he acknowledged me and stop to sign for only me unfortunately this is when it just started to rain and it didn’t come out very well. I made further attempts to get Joe later on and was very close to obtaining him however he respectfully and apologetically turned me down. So I went home sort of empty handed.
Went for Namath today, despite all common sense and continued to log in much effort and time into trying to get him. My first crack at him he turned me down 1 on 1 and said he did feel like doing it all today. After waiting him out a few more hours this time with a larger crowd waiting for him, including a decent amount of dealers he began to sign for a few kids and was about to grab my pen then he got crowded and saw some dealers 16x20s and he said he wasn’t signing for any of us and had enough of people trying to hit him up for multiples year after year. He took a picture with a few kids and before leaving with his daughter and granddaughter I politely explained how long I drove and how I’m a huge Jets fan and I was here yesterday but the rain didn’t allow for me to get him, he turned back to me and said he’d do 1 each but no flipping for more. It was a long 2 days, while technically I got 2 out of him one of them didn’t come out very well so I really only consider getting him one that one piece. Somewhat disappointing but at the same time I did end up getting him and as a Jets fan it was an honor to be able to meet him.

NJ Jackals @ Worcester Tornadoes
Went postgame to knockout the remaining Angel Berroas I had and hoped to see Jose Canseco in the process or at least find out what’s going on with him, he wasn’t there and one of his teammates told me he pretty much does what he wants so they don’t know when/if he’ll return (what a surprise) anyways finished all my NJ stuff right before the downpour came.
NJ
Ed Ott 24/24….told him I had quite a bit and he responded “Shoot I only got 5 letters in my name I can sign anything”
Kyle Greenwalt 1/1
Jeff Lanning 2/2…complemented me on my “Don’t you know Robbie Cano” t-shirt
Angel Berroa 35/36…asked to keep 1 of them

I'm really shocked about Marshall, he's been cool as hell all season here in Trenton, Hall is usually good for 1. Melky is the worst of the worst. Total D! Same with Pirella, he started the season doing 2 each, then went to 1, now won't even look at you.
Mahoney's been the man all season. I really hope good things for him..

Ryan Mallett
Went to see Ryan Mallett today, he was really laid back and very talkative, spoke about college football and growing up playing sports with & against Will Middlebrooks. I was a little mad when this smoking little brunette number walked in to meet him and they flirted and Mallett got her number before she left, I gotta respect the game but then again if I was a Patriot in the heart of Patriot nation I would have pulled that chicka too.
Ryan Mallett 6/6: 1 SI, 1 8x10 & 4 cards

Lowell Spinners @ CT Tigers
Had nothing to do so decided to go to good ‘ole Norwich,CT to knockout my little remaining Lowell stuff. Had quite a bit left of Brian Johnson but after hearing and seeing how isn’t the most personable signer I didn’t know what to expect with him really. It was a good and fairly quick outing as are most trips to Norwich.
