Diet and exercise. I've lost 5 pounds in 5 days by cutting out on sugar and extra calories that I don't need and exercising more.

So...I should try and limit out Carbs and Sugar and stack up on Protein?

spend the $ and consult a professional trainer, they will help you figure out a diet and exercise regiment to follow. 6'2 and 185 is actually a decent weight, maybe your issue is not with weight but toning and firming....

By spending your food money on sports cards. That's how I do it. I currently have two bags of mini-popcorn and a 1/3 of a bottle of magic shell.

eat every 2 hours you are awake. with your biggest meal at breakfast and your smallest just before you go to bed, eat clean proteins chicken breast, fish like tilapia, salmon, avoid tuna. Drink alot of water. A glass as soon as you get up and before every meal.

Back in 2008 i lost 60 pounds in 2 1/2 months, ate every other day and jogged for atleast an hour every night(don't know how i found the energy). now i gained alot of it back and need to lose weight again, don't think i'm capable of doing it that way again though.

My girlfriend went on one of those bikini diet things where you loose weight quickly (but its not necessarily sustainable or fun) but cutting out Carbs. Theres a saying in the UK women use call No Carbs Before Marbs (as in Marbella, Spain). You cut out carbs and exercise it should work. But then again everyone says something different.
