I just spoke to her, she said you need to burn 300 calories before you lose a pound.
Atm I'm trying to lose weight/tone so what I'm doing it making my normal meals but only about 3/4s of a portion. That way if I eat 300 calories less and burn 300 calories that day its a net loss of 2 pounds if that makes sense.
