At 330$ tho ur still only going to break even. eBay/paypal fees combine for close on 10% of your sale. The eBay final value fee will set u back 26.40$ alone. I'd stick it up at 450 or best offer and wait. Some people rather BIN than bid.

I'd do exactly this. And the first offer you get of $365+ I'd take it and move on. But that's just me.

No you guys are right that's around the point where I hit accept. Otherwise I'll be paying for it after fees, aconnors is right. Hopefully I'll get enough to make it worthwhile.

It was an awful lot of $ to invest to make some $.

The other way to look at it is even if you only make $25, it's still $25 that you made for doing very little work. :)

    That's what I'm thinking...small-timer's paradise.

There's always that little bit of risk involved too of skeevy buyers, etc.

Also, if you take it to a show, you might be able to get more in person if you wanted to :)

That's true, I go to shows but I doubt the dealers will offer me anything close and there's not too many hockey collectors down my way.

    Good food for thought though.

Where are you from? I'm from Boston and I find the same thing. I just set up at my first show last month and I had some football, but mostly hockey. I'm hoping to move to all hockey and keep pushing through till hockey collecting get's bigger up here. But I find the same thing, not many people interested in collecting hockey cards.

I'm from New London, Conn. There's tiny Sunday shows all over CT. Dealers that carry hockey seem to have the same stuff each show and are never able to get rid of it. It's a double-edged sword. I have gotten crazy deals in the past from dealers looking to blowout their hockey, but there are times where I'll go home from a show just about emptyhanded bc nobody wants to bother w hockey.

I was looking for a quick flip but you have a point. I just worry about the product cooling off and not retaining it's value.

I still have $80 left in the account for similar types of moves. With all the time I have this summer I was going to test my hand at it.
