Yes, that's one of Kenny's IDs. He has many accounts these days and changes the ID names on them every 6 months or so. He is one of the most well known repatchers in the hockey card hobby. Here's a link to a Cup Tambellini on another one of Kenny's accounts. This card is almost certainly repatched as well. The patch likely came from the same jersey that was used to repatch the Tavares Cup card that you found.
