Well, shoulda had a higher max bid. Hes feedback aint great, so maybe its a good thing. Also, I thought in order for him to outbid you, he should have had to go up 50 cents, not 18?

The bidder still won the card fair and square. I know it sucks but snipers are not doing anything wrong. They are just smart and bid at the right time and use the clock properly.

Yep, shoulda just put in your max with like 30 seconds to go. That allows you to see if you are close to the others max.

How did the winning bidder know what to bid in order to win? B/c let's say that his max bid is $29, and the current bid is at $24. The last bid that show up is $29.18, its like he knew what his max bid was because otherwise, all his other bids would show up on bid history.

I'd bet my left nut this was not done by a person sitting at their computer waiting to click a button with 5 seconds left. This was done by a person away from their computer that had AUCTION SNYPING SOFTWARE set up to win this auction for them. The bid was placed by the software most likely with ONE SECOND remaining. This software is legal and can be downloaded anywhere. I think it costs money each time you use it, but I'm not sure.

Sniping is the most genius idea ever...this is a pointless topic...read the other 20 page thread on it.

i dont see the problem... i always place my maximum bid and if someone snipes it with a quarter of a second left it doesnt matter because it is more than i wanted to pay for it
