Sunday night is the best time to list. So many people list at that time that sometimes it slows down eBay's servers though and it can get annoying.

Figure out what your cards normally sell for and then add on a % that you think someone would possibly pay. I usually have it worked out that if I sell even a few of the cards I list at my Buy Price that it makes it worth while. You don't have to sell every one of them to have a successful bunch of auctions.
